Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Our Promise:
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- We offer free return shipping for all domestic orders.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email our Care Team at care@bestindian.co.in within 30 days of delivery.
- In the email, please include your Order Number and a brief description of the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.
- Our Care Team will review your request and respond with the next steps, including providing your pre-filled Returns Form and scheduling a courier for pickup.
- If your return is approved, pickup instructions will be arranged by our Care Team at no additional cost for eligible domestic returns.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used personal care, skincare, haircare, tea, and cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review the following eligibility conditions:

Non-returnable items: Products that have been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Damaged Items: If your package appears damaged, soiled, or tampered with upon arrival, we strongly suggest you refrain from accepting the delivery from the courier.

Allergies/Reactions: We cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions. We list all ingredients on our product pages and recommend customers review them before purchasing.

Personal Dislike: Returns or exchanges based solely on personal preference, including fragrance, texture, or color preference, are not eligible.

Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale period are eligible for return or exchange unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment or another mutually agreed method. Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to process the refund after receiving the item.

Bank Timeline: After we initiate the refund, it may take an additional 3-7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within four hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. You can do so via your customer account or by contacting our Care Team.
Cancellation Fees
Please note: For orders cancelled after payment is complete, a transaction fee of 2.5% (charged by the payment gateway) will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders cancelled after they have been shipped, this fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted.
