Our Commitment to You

At BestIndian™, every luxury is carefully inspected, meticulously packaged, and handed over to our trusted delivery partners with the utmost care. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 12-24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Processing hours are between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday through Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
  • Our Courier Partners: The specific partner for your order is selected based on your pin code. We work with trusted logistics partners including DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, and India Post to ensure dependable nationwide delivery coverage.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Metropolitan Areas, Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities: 3-5 business days.
    • Remote locations: 4-6 business days.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Cost:
    • We offer free international shipping on all pre-paid orders with a minimum value of Rs. 15,000.
    • For orders below Rs. 15,000, a flat shipping and handling fee of Rs. 3,500 will be applied at checkout.
    • For orders above Rs. 30,000, please contact us at care@bestindian.co.in for personalized assistance.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes:
    • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country.
    • The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such import fees. Customers placing international orders are responsible for complying with the import regulations, duties, and taxes applicable in their destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS from us containing your shipment tracking details and a link to track your package.

Receiving Your Order

  • To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. If you are unavailable, please designate an alternative person (e.g., family member, colleague) to sign on your behalf. Once a shipment has been accepted and signed for at the delivery address, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
  • Some courier partners may require a One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to the mobile number provided at checkout, to complete the delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible domestic orders. This service is provided at no extra charge to you.

Please note the following terms for our COD service:

  • COD is available for domestic shipments within India only.
  • To ensure the security of our logistics partners, customers who refuse to accept a COD delivery will unfortunately be ineligible for the COD payment option on all future orders. Subsequent orders will need to be placed using a pre-paid method.
  • COD orders that are returned to us after a failed delivery attempt will not be re-shipped. Future orders from the same customer may require prepaid payment confirmation.

Undelivered or Lost Shipments

  • Returned to Origin (Pre-paid): If a package is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, we will re-ship it once. If a prepaid order is returned to us after repeated failed delivery attempts, our Care Team will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment or issue a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
  • Returned to Origin (COD): COD orders that are returned to us will not be re-shipped.
  • Lost in Transit: In the rare event that a shipment becomes untraceable, we will re-ship the order at no extra cost to you.

Damaged Items

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to BestIndian™ Customer Care at care@bestindian.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We take great pride in our packaging. Your BestIndian™ luxuries are housed in high-quality glass bottles and jars that help preserve the integrity of our formulations by offering better protection from light and heat. Please handle them with care.
