Q: How does BestIndianLuxury Club membership work?

Customers can enrol into the BestIndian™ Luxury Club Programme by filling the membership form by entering their valid details, before or during their first purchase from the BestIndian™ website. There is no minimum amount requirement, and we would love to have you on board irrespective of the amount spent by you on our products.

Q:  How long are my points valid?

The points earned by you are valid forever. You can keep shopping, and keep earning the points, forever.

Q:  Can I earn points for BestIndianpurchase on e-commerce platforms ?

Purchases made on partnering e-commerce websites will not be eligible for points accrual. Only purchases made on www.bestindian.co.in will be eligible for points accrual.

Q:  Will I earn points when redeeming my points?

Points will be accrued for the differential amount which has been paid via cash or card only. Amount redeemed via points will not be eligible for points accrual. Points redeemed against promotional purchases will not be eligible for points accrual.

Q:  Can I earn points for purchases made prior to enrolment?

Points accrual on purchases before enrolment in the BestIndian™ Luxury Club Programme is not allowed by the system. Customers will be eligible for points accrual only after they have enrolled into the BestIndian™ Luxury Club Programme.

Q:  Are there any limitations to the number of points that I can redeem?

There are no limitations on the number of points that can be redeemed against a single transaction.

 Q:  Can I use my points in combination with promotional discounts?

Points can be redeemed against all purchases and with coupons, gift cards and vouchers.

Q: What happens to my points & benefits I have earned If my membership is terminated or expires?

BestIndian™ Luxury Club Programme Membership does not expire, unless it is terminated. In cases of membership termination, the membership tends to cease in the system and cannot be re-activated again. The customer loses all benefits and points.

 Q: I placed an order online, but no points have been added to my account yet.

In case points have not been credited for any order, customers can reach out to our customer service team. They can write to us at care@bestindian.co.in or chat with us on our chat icon available on the website or call us at 938-939-0040. In case a call is missed, our endeavour is to reach out to you within 24hrs (Barring official holidays). Emails are usually responded to within 24 hrs (Barring official holidays).

Points will not be credited for purchases made under a promotion or an offer.

Q:  What happens if I return product/s from an order on which I used BestIndian™ Luxury Club reward points?

In cases where the complete order has been processed via points- Points will be reversed for the returned product/s. On reversing, the current points balance, will reflect post deduction of the points. In case the account does not have any points balance, the points balance will reflect in negative and the same will be adjusted with the future purchases of the customer.

In case the order payment is via card and points, refund will be provided in the card for the returned items provided their value does not exceed the payment done via the card. In case the value of the returned item exceeds the card payment, refunds will be processed via coupon codes which will only be redeemable at bestindian.co.in

Note: For online orders, points will be reversed only when the order is received at our warehouse. The return time for domestic order ranges from 7-21 working days whereas for international orders it ranges from 21-50 days. The return time is dependent on external delivery partners.

 Q: What happens to my points if a part of my order or entire order is cancelled?

Part order cancellation is not acceptable for us. In cases wherein complete order is cancelled below are the details as to how reversals will be processed:

In case points are redeemed and order is cancelled/failed- Points will be reversed back in the account within 24 hours

In case points are redeemed and order is cancelled pre-dispatch- Points will be reversed back in the account within 24 hours

In case points are redeemed and order is cancelled post-dispatch- Points will be reversed back in the account within 72 hours of its return to our warehouse.

Note: For online orders, points will be reversed only when the order is received at our warehouse. The return time for domestic order ranges from 10-15 working days whereas for international orders it ranges from 30-45 days. The return time is dependent on external delivery partners and Forest Essentials plays no role in delaying or expediting delivery of returned orders.

 Q:  Can I return or exchange an item purchased with points?

Products or items purchased via points will be eligible for exchange and return as per the brand guidelines. You may access our Shipping and Returns policies for more details on exchange and refund.

 Q: Can my membership be terminated?

The membership can be terminated under the following scenarios only:

On customer request: In case a customer wishes to discontinue his/her membership with BestIndian™ Luxury Club Programme, he/she can write to us at care@bestindian.co.in  or chat with us on our chat icon available on the website or call us at 938-939-0040. In case a call is missed, our endeavour is to reach out to you within 24hrs (Barring official holidays). Emails are usually responded to within 24 hrs (Barring official holidays). The termination request would be completed and fulfilled in 7 working days.

Fraud: In case a customer profile is identified to be committing fraud, impersonation or malpractice, the account would be de-activated, and all benefits will be withdrawn with immediate effect.

In case a call is missed our endeavour is to reach out to you within 24hrs (Barring official holidays). Emails are usually responded to within 24 hrs (Barring official holidays). The request would be processed in 3 working days.

 Q: How do I unsubscribe from mailers?
